Warranty is provided as offered by the OEMs. Typical warranty period is one year. However, Warranty period varies from product to product. Extended warranty is also provided if required by the customer.

Periodic Maintenance

During warranty period, we offer periodic maintenance services at no additional cost for specific products.

User Training

We provide on-the-job training to the users regarding safe operations and proper maintenance of the product.

Customer Support

24×7 On-call support is provided during warranty period. Physical visit are performed in case of non resolution of the fault.

Parts & Consumables

In case any part of the product gets faulty after warranty period, we can supply replacement part on customer demand. Consumable parts i.e. batteries, filters are also kept in our stock.

Repair & Replacement

In case of any fault, during warranty period, part or the product is replaced/repaired depending upon the product type. On expiration of warranty period, we offer Service-Level Agreement for repair and maintenance services.
